ammoniagas detectorIt is an intrinsically safe device for continuous detection of ammonia concentration. The instrument adopts imported sensor and microcontroller technology, which has fast response, high measurement accuracy, good stability and repeatability. The overall performance is at a high level. The parameters are user-definable and easy to operate. Large-capacity nickel-metal hydride secondary battery is adopted, with ultra-long standby; Chip packaging, reliable and beautiful; Digital LCD backlit LCD screen display, clear and intuitive; It has a two-level sound and light alarm function, which can provide timely, accurate and intuitive alarm for the preset alarm concentration. The appearance of the instrument is made of special high-strength ABS engineering plastic, with a fashionable design, beautiful and generous, good feel and durability.
Product highlights: Modular structure, easy maintenance, simple wiring and installation; Intelligent sensor platform, plug and play, no on-site calibration required; Fast response speed, high measurement accuracy, stable operation of the testing instrument; A wide range of sensors can meet customer requirements; The instrument adopts 4-20mA output or RS-485 output; It can be used with the alarm host network; Each point is matched, and the points are combined; The product has good material selection, good sealing, corrosion resistance, explosion-proof, and anti-magnetic interference; Explosion-proof intrinsically safe design.
ammoniagas detectorLeakage Emergency Measures:
Effects of ammonia on human physiology. Ammonia is colorless, has a strong pungent odor, and is very toxic to the human body. Chronic ammonia poisoning can cause respiratory diseases such as chronic tracheitis and emphysema. Acute ammonia poisoning is manifested by coughing and choking.
1. A small amount of leakage.
Evacuate all people in the area. Prevents inhalation of vapours and contact with liquids or gases. Handlers should use a respirator. Prohibit entry into confined spaces where ammonia may accumulate, and strengthen ventilation. It can only be stopped if it is guaranteed to be safe. The leaking container should be moved to a safe area and the valve should be opened to relieve pressure only when it is safe to do so. Sand, vermiculite, and other inert absorbent materials can be used to collect and absorb leaks. Collected spills should be disposed of in sealed containers with appropriate labels.
2. Large number of leaks.
Evacuate all unprotected personnel from the site and move against the wind. Spill handlers should wear all airtight, heavy-duty chemical suits and air respirators. After taking personal protective measures, dilute the leaking area with spray water. By water gun dilution, the site ammonia gradually dispersed, and the leak point was sealed with a non-sparking tool.
