Hazard characteristics: very easy to ignite and explode, flash point -32 °C, spontaneous ignition point 305 °C, gas energy and air to form an explosive mixture, explosion limit 1.5-100% LEL; Acetylene must be dissolved in acetone and diformyl ammonia to remain stable under high pressure, otherwise it is easy to decompose into hydrogen and carbon, resulting in an explosion. Acetylene can form explosive mixtures with compounds such as copper, silver, and mercury. Heat-raising under impact, friction or dry state can lead to strong cracking and decomposition, and can react explosively with fluorine and chlorine, and there is a risk of fire and explosion in the face of heat, open flame and oxygenator. Toxic, narcotic, and even cause coma, 10% inhalation, mild poisoning reaction, 20% inhalation significant hypoxia, lethargy, cyanosis, inhalation 30%, uncoordinated movements, and staggering gait.
