3. Percussion hand pressure method: often encounters the phenomenon of good or bad operation of the instrument, mostly caused by poor contact or virtual welding. In this case, the method of tapping and manual pressing can be used. The so-called "tapping" is to use a small rubber mallet or other percussion object to gently tap the possible faulty parts of the insert plate or components to see if it will cause errors or downtime failures. The so-called "hand pressure" means that in the event of a malfunction, after cutting off the power supply, the inserted parts, plugs and seats are pressed again with your hands, and then the machine is turned on to try to troubleshoot. If you find that the housing taps normally, and then the tapping is not normal, it is best to reinsert all the connectors and try again.
4. Temperature rise and drop method:InstrumentationWhen the working time is long, or the working environment temperature is high in summer, the failure will occur, and the shutdown check is normal. After stopping for a while, it starts up again and then crashes again. This phenomenon is caused by the poor performance of individual integrated circuits or components, and the high temperature characteristic parameters do not meet the index requirements. The so-called temperature drop method is to use cotton fibers to wipe the parts where the failure may occur with absolute alcohol to reduce the temperature and observe whether the fault is eliminated. The so-called temperature rise method is to artificially raise the ambient temperature, such as using an electric soldering iron close to suspicious parts (be careful not to raise the temperature too high and damage normal equipment) to see if a failure occurs.
