The Sensepoint XRL is designed with a simple and fast installation concept. For initial calibration, only the Sensepoint app on your smartphone and a calibration cylinder are required, eliminating the need for guidance via intercom from the control room. Use the Sensepoint app to create detector profiles, select alarm setup points, run test programs, and automatically generate debug reports, all of which can be sent to other stakeholders via mobile phone or stored for easy access during security checks.

The Sensepoint XRL is a stationary gas detector with Bluetooth that allows users to connect the gas detector to a smartphone or tablet running the Sensepoint gas detector app. The Sensepoint XCL can be used as a combustible gas detector to detect potentially explosive gases, or as a toxic gas detector to detect a range of common toxic gases in industrial applications.
Features & Benefits:
Manage installation, commissioning and maintenance work from the Gas Detector app on your smartphone or tablet
Award-winning design
Rugged aluminum housing
Obtain global certification for hazardous areas
Compatible with Touchpoint Plus and other industry-standard controllers
Specifications at a glance
mA loop or Modbus RTU output
Multi-color LED status indicator
Operating temperature range from −40°C to +65°C, IP66, Type 4X
Choice of toxic gas, oxygen or flammable gas sensors
The Sensepoint XRL's smartphone-based operating experience significantly reduces the time you spend maintaining your gas detector. When a maintenance check is performed, our Sensepoint app puts diagnostic information in front of you.
It features a high-brightness indicator that can be seen from a distance, making it easy to locate detectors that require maintenance. Moreover, the Bluetooth connection is non-intrusive, so there is no need for a high-temperature work permit.
You can also easily generate reports with the Sensepoint app, saving valuable time. Whether you need a maintenance report for a specific detector or a gas history for safety audits, simply select the correct report on the app and send it to others, or store it for easy review.
For a complete gas leak detection system, the Sensepoint XRL is paired with the Touchpoint Plus, which is configurable, easy-to-use, and can control up to 16 gas detection channels.
The Sensepoint XCL can be used as a combustible gas detector to detect potentially explosive gases, or as a toxic gas detector to detect a range of common toxic gases in industrial applications.
