The Sensepoint series of flammable gas, toxic gas and oxygendetector provide high-quality and low-consumption solutions for users' industrial gas monitoring needs. Uses an approved, suitable EXD or EXE junction box for installation in potentially explosive atmospheres. Sensepoint's industry-standard outputs connect to Honeywell Analytics controllers or third-party DCS/PLC systems.
The combustible gas detector is available in versions with a % LEL or PPM detection range and is available with industry standard millivolt bridge outputs. Typical service life is greater than 5 years, after which it only needs to be replaced with a new detector.
We offer toxic gas detectors that are pre-calibrated for easy installation and also offer an industry-standard dual-wire 4/20 mA loop output. The user connection uses EXD, while the front-end intrinsically safe (IS) design allows for easy sensor replacement when charged. The IS design also eliminates the use of sintered bodies, allowing for faster response times and the detection of "sticky" gases such as chlorine and ammonia.
