HT-600 Online Gas Analysis Sampling System Sampler is a solution for pretreatment and online monitoring of gases in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, high dust, and oil-water mixing in industrial production processes. After the target gas is pretreated, it meets the clean gas required by the gas detector, which can greatly ensure the accuracy of gas detection and analysis, effectively extend the service life of the gas sensor, and improve the reliability of the sensor.
1. Sample sampling: Use a vacuum sampling pump or DC brushless pump to extract the sample gas from the pipeline and other environments
2. Dust filtration: the gas to be tested passes through the precision dust filter and then enters the sampling pipeline, and if it is a dusty environment, an automatic blowback system can be selected
3. Cooling treatment: Tar treatment by sampling probe and sampling pipeline: Tar and residual dust are removed after the sample gas passes through the tar filter
4. Air-water separation: Free water appears after the sample gas cools down through the sampling pipeline, and the gas-water separator separates the gas, water and residual dust and automatically drains it
5. Secondary filtration: according to the on-site humidity selection, secondary water vapor separation
6. Detection and analysis: Real-time detection and display of concentration, and transmit data in the form of 4-20mA/RS485 and other signals
7. Flow adjustment: control the intake volume of gas
8. Gas switching: switching between the measured gas, standard gas or air
