System Overview:

The underground pipe gallery, also known as the "common pipe ditch", is to integrate various pipelines such as municipal, electricity, communication, gas, water supply and drainage to build an intensive tunnel in the underground space of urban roads. According to the requirements of GB/T 51274-2017, the comprehensive pipe gallery needs to build a pipe gallery environment and equipment monitoring system. By arranging sensors such as hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, methane, temperature and humidity, and liquid level in the fire protection zone of the pipe gallery, real-time monitoring of harmful gases, oxygen content, temperature and humidity in the pipe gallery environment, real-time monitoring of the water level of the puddle is realized, and the linkage control of control equipment such as fans, pumps, and lighting is realized.

Equipment layer

System Functions:

The system realizes the collection and monitoring of environmental monitoring sensor data deployed in the pipe gallery, and the alarm exceeds the threshold. Real-time monitoring of drainage, fans, lighting, power supply and distribution auxiliary equipment in the pipe gallery, and electricity consumption parameters.

Pipe gallery equipment linkage control

The system realizes local manual, on-site automatic and remote control of auxiliary equipment, with local manual control as the highest priority. When an abnormality occurs in the pipe gallery, the monitoring alarm is activated, and the linkage signal is sent to the video security monitoring system. The system can realize linkage control of drainage pumps, exhaust fans, alarms, etc. according to the set threshold.

Centralized management of comprehensive pipe galleries
