Optima Plus dual-source dual-beam IR does not need oxygen and ignores silicones. 2108N4200H freezes approval, thread, gas curve and output. Hydrocarbon calibration is not interchangeable; RGC lets you gas the cell without a cup, otherwise order the calibration adaptor.

Mount 2108N4200H on a rigid 316 stand sized for the nameplate mass. Entries are 3/4" NPT — do not retap. Land 4–20 mA on the fire-and-gas matrix; HART does not replace the trip pair. Keep the weather/deluge kit oriented so water cannot pond on the window. Gas with the Hydrocarbon curve only.
