Why this principle
A poison-resistant pellistor sees the heat of combustion and therefore works on a wide hydrocarbon mix, including species IR filters miss. It is not a toxic detector.
Typical applications
Pump rooms, filling gantries and compressor packages still standardise on catalytic LEL.
Installation
Wall-mount SPXCDUSNFXM through the one-piece plate with M8 bolts. Entries 2 × ¾″ NPT — glands must match. Land 4–20 mA as three-wire. Magnetic wand calibration stays non-intrusive.
