Why this SKU
The extractive platform splits transmitter, pump, filters and pyrolyzer so XCD diffusion spares are not used on a Midas sample line. MIDAS-T-004G covers this segment only.

FAQ
- How to pick spares?
- Match gas code and S/E/IR prefix in the family matrix; no look-alike substitutes.
- Can MIDAS-T-004G plug into Sensepoint XCD?
- No. Midas is an extractive cartridge; XCD is a diffusion sensor housing. They do not mate.
- Change gas in the field?
- Usually swap the matching cartridge and recalibrate; some gases need a pyrolyzer.
- Comms beyond 4–20 mA?
- Relays and Modbus TCP / PoE are common on transmitters — confirm by model.
- Does MIDAS-T-004G include a cartridge?
- No. Order a sensor cartridge per transmitter. NF₃ also needs a pyrolyzer.
